Our joint project with the Chang, Joshi, and Tian lab was funded this week
Our project "UCLA Easton Center Online Resource for Imaging, EHR, and Privacy-Preserving ML for Longitudinal Anti-Amyloid Therapy Tracking", will use validated ML tools to analyze trajectories of imaging and EHR data to quantify Alzheimer's disease progression, both before and after diagnosis. This project, part of the "Engineering Solutions To Dementia" initiative at UCLA, seeks to provide researchers at UCLA better access to (anonymized) patient data, and state of the art analysis tools.
