We are developing diffeomorphic mapping techniques to identify structural changes in brain tissue due to disease or aging.

One focus is building techniques to exploit serial images for performing inference in the face of anatomical variability.

We use techniques from Riemannian geometry and optimal control to build quantitative descriptions of shape.
