Frederick works on 3D visualizations and 3D prints of hippocampal anatomy. This work contributes towards identification of atrophy-related biomarkers in Alzheimer's Disease. He is also working with others on a mouse neuron mapping project, which aims to eventually create a rodent neuron atlas
